Kirtan developed a passion in bodybuilding and boxing at a young age of 9 and pursued his dreams to represent Singapore relentlessly. He was forced to stop at the age of 18 when he sustained multiple physical injuries from the sport.

He was bouncing between different treatments and exercise modalities but was unable to find a sustainable solution. He then realised that there was a missing link between rehab and high performance training.

Having been a personal trainer for almost 8 years now, Kirtan now prioritises biomechanics in the coaching of his clients. He helps them find the balance between pain and performance, and to learn strategies that can help them move and perform pain-free.

What does work mean to you?

Work means being able to be in a place and position where I can express my purpose in life and to have personal and professional growth

It’s been a passion for me since 9 years old to learn health and fitness to become the strongest version I can be, through the course of it I sustain injuries, this then led me to explore functional/rehab training so that I can help myself and in return help people who needs the benefits of functional/rehab training.

Everything exist within, seek nothing from the outside of yourself.

Boxing, Strength Training and Occasional Runs

Mayweather, because of his dedication and hard work on his craft during training and also the intelligence he have for the sports to dominate in a fashion that leaves him undefeated, highest precision in punches and as minimal damaged received.
