Our Story

Work Lift Balance was founded in 2016 by Shern, a physiotherapist and then CrossFit coach who saw the need for a holistic approach to health and fitness to reduce the risk of injuries and to get her clients out of the cycle of chronic and recurrent pain. Moving away from traditional protocols and quick fix approaches, Work Lift Balance focuses on movement therapy and training to eliminate pain, improve function and nurture long-term health and well-being.
